I just love the sleekness of this wire routing with the new Di2, no weird things have to occur here to keep the wire from getting hit by debris or the rear tire

Almost every Spceialized saddle is SWAT compatible. This Storm-proof saddle bag fits the perfect amount of flat repair/emergency supplies, is waterproof, and tucks up under the saddle quite nicely. No straps around the rails or seatpost or anything!

Yay, Roubaix!

A few notes on this specific build:

  • The tires seen in these pictures are not stock, I installed what is probably my all time favorite road/gravel tire - 32c Roubaix Pro 2bliss Ready, with the Transparent sidewall.

    • The 2bliss Ready setup allows for lower tire pressure to be run, and it feels SO good, especially on chip-seal and gravel roads

    • The transparent sidewall tires made by Specialized are actually a bit lighter than the non-transparent version, and are just as durable

    • 32c is probably the perfect size for most gravel roads and countryside pavement. Smooth, fast, and fun.
